1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or registering on this application (“App”), you agree to abide by these Terms &
Conditions and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the App.
2. Eligibility
Use of this App is limited to registered clients, authorized partners, and invited guests of Renovo
Bio Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”). By creating an account, you confirm the accuracy of provided
information and your authorization to represent your organization.
3. Account Registration and Responsibility
You must provide true and complete information during sign-up. You are responsible for
safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. The Company may
suspend or terminate access in the event of unauthorized use or breach of these Terms.
4. Use of Application
The App is designed for plant operations, maintenance monitoring, raw material tracking, and data
management within biomass and related energy facilities. You agree not to use the App for
unlawful, misleading, or harmful activities. Attempts to interfere with system integrity or access
restricted areas are strictly prohibited.
5. Data Usage and Privacy
By using the App, you consent to the collection and processing of operational and user-generated
data such as plant logs, production records, and performance metrics. Collected data may be used
for internal development, system optimization, and training purposes (including AI/ML model
improvement) to enhance user experience. Sensitive client data will not be shared externally
without written consent, except as required by law. Data is handled in compliance with applicable
privacy regulations.
6. Intellectual Property
All app interfaces, software, content, and analytical tools are proprietary assets of Renovo Bio
Solutions Pvt. Ltd. or its affiliates. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to
use the App solely for business purposes related to your organization’s operations.
7. Limitations of Liability
The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from system
unavailability, incorrect data entries, or misuse of the App. The accuracy of reports and analytics
depends on the quality of user inputs and external hardware integration.
8. Modifications and Updates
The Company reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified
of major changes through in-app notifications or email. Continued use after updates implies
acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Suspension and Termination
The Company may limit or terminate access without prior notice if unauthorized access or data
tampering is detected, Terms are violated, or the user misuses data or shares credentials with third
parties.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of India. All disputes shall be
subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in New Delhi, India.
